Potion Review: Badger – Baby Sunscreen Cream

It’s really difficult to find vitamins that are free of any animal products.

It’s not something many people consider, but vegetarians and vegans often miss key nutrients in their diets.

While it’s possible to supplement these, many supplements contain various ingredients that are animal by products.

It’s hard to find one that covers as many bases as this one does – containing 100% daily value of nine vitamins and minerals, and supplements more than ten others.

This multivitamin is now a part of my daily routine!

I would like something that supplements the omega 3 fatty acids in my diet as well – my only complain this doesn’t contain any of those, though I wish it did.

Since most supplements for those contain fish oil, I’m currently on the lookout for a good vegetarian one… In the past I’ve used flax seed oil, but that didn’t taste fantastic, and I needed to refrigerate it.

If you happen to know any, please don’t hesitate to reach out and recommend them!

These vitamins are also a fantastic price – less than $10 has you covered for three months!

You can learn more about these multivitamins here and purchase them here.
