HERBS: TULSI, NETTLE, LEMONBALM, HIBISCUS.
USES: WARMING, ADAPTATION, RELAXATION.
This is a warming blend of herbs that will help your body combat mental and environmental stress, like changing seasons for example.
Tulsi, or holy basil, as an extremely powerful adaptogen, while nettle is one of the most nutritious plant medicines there is.
The lemonbalm in this blend is a gentle nervine – I find that a bit is calming rather than sedative for me.
Lastly, the hibiscus tea has been used to relieve high blood pressure and cholesterol, as well as balance and heal various other body systems as well – it’s also what gives the tea a ruby-red glow.
This tea is fruity and comforting with glowing spicy and exotic undertones – depending on how much hibiscus you add, this may alter that balance.
While I had been drinking it over the summer, I find it particularly perfect for fall as well – for additional sunset-leaved vibes, add other warming herbs like cloves or cinnamon to the brew!
