USES: INSOMNIA, ANTI-ANXIETY, RELAXATION.
Sometimes at the end of the day the gears in my head are still turning.
This can be frustrating when I’m trying to unwind before I go to sleep – and sometimes make it difficult to fall asleep altogether!
This is a blend I’ve been using for the last couple of months to help combat this tendency and it’s worked pretty well.
Skullcap is my go-to herb to help relax my mind – sometimes if I’m exhausted enough already this alone will be enough to help me get to bed!
The blend of passionflower, linden flower, and peppermint has a soothing and somewhat physically sedating effect on me, allowing my body to relax and release tension, as well as my mind.
I drink this most nights now before I go to bed, and it usually does the trick – I’m considering adding chamomile to it in the future to see if I get even better results.
